We divided this large house into a maisonette and a 3 bedroom house, both with garden space.
The electrics and gas were separated and new heating system installed to the maisonette. A new entrance to the maisonette was created and then a new staircase, kitchen and bathroom.
The 3 bed was closed off from the existing extension and with a new bathroom, decorated throughout.
